Preston is a community of 139 condominiums located in the center of Plantation Pointe on the west side. All of the condominiums in Preston are located in Florence.

Preston is represented on the Board of Directors by Chris Bryson and he is serving as Secretary. His term expires at the annual meeting in 2026.
