Magnolia Trace is a community of 177 homes located near the US 42 entrance to Plantation Pointe in the north east corner of the community. All of Magnolia Trace is in Florence.

Magnolia Trace’s Representative is Gary Bruegge. His term expires at the annual meeting in 2027.
