Creating an Account
Residents will need to create a personal account in order to view restricted content such as Board Meeting Minutes, Master Association Documents and community-specific content. To create an account, simply click on the link below and complete the form. Need an account? Please click on Create One located on the home page under Resident Login.
Once the form is complete, you will receive an email at the address you provided. An activation link will be included in the email sent to the e-mail address you entered. Note that you must activate the account by clicking on the activation link before you can login to this site. *** Note: Your browser must be configured to accept cookies. To do this, follow these steps (Internet Explorer): 1) Select Internet Options from Tools in your menu bar in Internet Explorer. 2) Select the Privacy Tab 3) Under Settings, check to see that your slider is no higher than "High." If you setting is Block All Cookies, you will not be able to use our website as a registered user. Cookies are used to authenticate your identity and are not used for any other purpose. They make it possible for you to move about the site without having to continuously repeat the login process. 4) Once you have changed the setting (if needed) to High, save your settings and quit Internet Explorer. 5) Open Internet Explorer again and login to the site again.
If you are filtering email, be sure to add "PPHOA email" to your white list (allow). The subject of your email will be: Account details for [your name] at Plantation Pointe Master Home Owners Association Once you have followed the instructions in the email, you can proceed to the login window in the right hand column of this site. Contacting Your Association Any resident can send an email directly to the Property Manager - Rentz Management. To contact Rentz Management, click on their link in the top menu. For issues of immediate concern, or an emergency, please call Rentz Management at 859-581-4815. To send a suggestion, comment, question or concern to the Board of Directors, use the Contact Us! link in the upper right corner of the main or home page. This is available to both resdients and guests. The Board appreciates receiving professional comments, questions and suggestions from all residents. Please state your concerns or suggestions in a professional manner. Any communication that uses profanity or other unacceptable language will be filtered and will not be available to the recipient. Search This site has a full featured search utility that is available to registered users (residents). You will find a link to the Advanced Search under the Resident Menu.
